FDR's Second Bill of Rights

A powerful, forward thinking and progressive understanding of what it means to have true national security. America's tradition is an expansion and clarification of the fullness of opportunity offered by democracy.

It's interesting that nearly 70 years after this proposal many still don't get it...

I get it. In typical Dim fashion, the FDR Bill of Rights has never been approved by the country, only by the "living Constitution" crowd, and of course that can change any second.
FDR's socialist Utopian society would have to be paid for eventually, and there are just too many freeloaders in this country for this crap.

My option, is only those who pay taxes should be accorded the right to vote.

Looks like you can include Lindsey Graham and those who propose to change the 'citizen birth' clause in th 14th amendment as a par of that crowd. Along with those who seek to limit first amendment rights when freedom of speech infringes on their sensibilities. Until then, that pesky document makes your option pretty moot. Thank goodness!

I guess I have a different copy of the living Constitution, but then what does it matter. I could change my mind and hence the Constitution on a whim, or based on what the lefty college professors load the mush heads with.
