Sunday Morning Blessing

Frequently, I share with you messages of preachers who have been inspirational and who have informed my view of ministry both in the pulpit and outside of the church.

I've not had the opportunity to share with you my sermonic efforts before now. However, I'm happy to share the sermon I preached last week at the Wilshire Baptist Church here in Dallas.

A number of times I have shared with you my respect and admiration for the ministry of George Mason, the senior pastor of Wilshire. He is one of my favorite preachers and has been a wonderfully supportive friend through the years. I never take the honor of being invited to preach lightly, but our relationship made this really special. Thanks to Wilshire's technology ministry for enabling me to share this with you...

By the way, I'm well aware that in the introduction I failed to mention my wife and granddaughter by name! Terrie, my wife and Brooklyn, my granddaughter, have already forgiven me! They graciously charged it to my head and not my heart, as we say...
